With its collections, permanent exhibition on the theme of “People, Nature, Economy” and changing, contemporary special exhibitions, the MIK offers a wide range of activities that provide schoolchildren with lively learning experiences outside the classroom.
Our educational programme is aimed at children from pre-school age to graduation. For the youngest children, the focus is on playful learning. Our guided tours for school classes and kindergarten groups are tailored to the school type and age group. A dialogue-based and action-oriented presentation makes them particularly attractive. In addition, we offer teachers supplementary materials for use in the classroom.
