Arbitration
If you are not satisfied with the response you receive from the above contact, you can submit an application to the arbitration board set up by the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony to initiate arbitration proceedings in accordance with Section 9 d of the Lower Saxony Disability Equality Act (NBGG).
The arbitration board is responsible for settling disputes about accessible information technology between people with disabilities and public authorities in Lower Saxony.

You can submit an application to initiate arbitration proceedings to the arbitration board. The application can be submitted by completing an online form, in writing by post, by email or for recording at the arbitration board’s office.
The arbitration proceedings are free of charge and legal representation is not necessary.
